    Hello!
Do you know what the tickbox 'relevant' does for CV/attachments in Taleo?
If you do not click relevant, it won't appear to the recruiter?
    Thanks!

If you do not want the recruiter to see your CV / Resume don't tick the box.

If you do, tick the box.

It's called logic, and / or life experience.

Do you want them to see your CV or Resume with your employment history, as it all comes down to you.

If yes: Chances of a job.

    If no: Probably no job.

As I have never seen your CV or Resume, I would have no way of knowing whether you were worth employing or not.
