hello!

I haven't found a butter that I like

Most are too salty for my taste and unsalted butter is disgusting.

Are there any other butter products or even butter alternatives that have better taste?

like peanut butter or coconut butter, haven't tasted them

any suggestion?

thanks!

We can get low salt butter here in Australia, so it might / must be available where you are.

Peanut and Coconut butter is not butter but a oily nut paste, those names were taken down here in the 1970's as misleading.

We use a Canola spread as a substitute for butter, tastes ok.

Edit: Clarity.

You can always melt unsalted butter, add the amount of salt you like, then allow to solidify again. You can also make your own butter from heavy cream with a food processor or blender and salt to your taste.

Why are you eating butter on its own?
The only thing I use it for is cooking and then what I have cooked in it will have a stronger flavour than the butter surely?

If salted is too salty and you don't like unsalted, then why not try one of the Lightly Salted butters?

Taste is a matter of individual...ummm...taste, surely?

My taste buds certainly don't match the rest of the family.

I guess you have to go round all the individual brands until you find one that suits.

I like the ones with the sea salt crystals which only goes to show.

Well as the original poster now appears to have been banned I guess we can stop flogging this expired equine..
