There was a post on this not long after I joined the forum. One guy had the pharmacy snake winding around the words Type 1 Diabetes. It looked awesome. I will try to find it for you.

I once knew a rather exotic lady who had a large letter W tattooed on each buttock. Every time she bent over it took on a (w)hole new perspective

Actually a tattoo on one's arm saying Diabetic isn't a bad idea if you're found lying low gorked out. It happened to me years back, I fell out of my office chair and was out on the floor. A doctor (whose son is a type 1 btw) walked by the doorway and saw me. I had a MedAlert necklace on, but he/they never unbuttoned my shirt so they never saw it. Now I wear a bracelet with Type 1 Diabetes on the outside my name on the inside. Make sure you tell people who are around you you're diabetic. This doc didn't figure it out and he wasn't around much anyway.
