Does tea and coffee have any effect on GB levels... ie raise them...I have never thought about that before as I never take into consideration what I drink in a day I am still only prediabetic but have been monitoring my BG..sure my doctor would not approve of me doing that
My usual daily consumption is one cup of coffee mid morning and about 3 to 4 cups of Red Bush tea the rest of the day all with skimmed milk and no sugar or sweetner. If I am thirsty beween cups of tea.. which is not often.. I would drink water. I don't drink any canned or bottled drinks the no sugar ones with artificial sweetener are much to sweet for my taste
