Tea With Milk

I avoid the confusion by only drinking coffee, usually black!

And just to confuse everyone, no matter where you come from, I still have chucky eggs in a cup.

Hi @Rosieroo , semi skimmed is 5g of carbs per 100ml (according to the side of my carton); 100ml would easily be enough for 3 mugs of strong tea. 30g of carbs would be over a pint of milk. Hope this helps x
(..assuming you're not putting sugar in it)

With soldiers I hope?!
@Rachox, as you're a staff member as well as a celebrity now, you're supposed to be able to move things now. Could we have an automatic translation on the forum, even if only for @Guzzler s posts? I hate knowing something witty has been said but not knowing what, especially when I'm pretty sure it would make me laugh if only I knew what has been said.
I now need an app that after inputting my bg says 'It be reet, lass' or 'eeh lass, thas high tha knows'
And even more off-topic: I've been wishing for years for a navigation system in my car with the voice of my best friend. She happens to have difficulties with left and right and I'd love to drive on: 'After 100 meters, turn left. Err, right, no the other right!', at random combinations, just like in real life.

I don't drink tea but my wife has about 10 cups a day so I am used to making it. Semi skimmed has 4.8g per 100ml and my wife has a 10ml splash of milk, so 0.48g per cup.
and exactly the same goes for full cream milk

I have a slice of lemon in my tea ,how many carbs I wonder.
off to check
