Type 1 Tea

Loads of recipes in the Low Carb, Food and Nutrition parts of the forum as well as on the Dietdoctor website.
 
I love my tea but I like to have a biscuit with it. Has anyone got any ideas about low carb biscuits.
How about lateral thinking - almonds and walnuts are delicious and crunchy, can be kept almost indefinitely til needed, and are much lower in carbs than biscuits, as well as being positively good for you, which most biscuits certainly aren't!
