Teaching alone in the heat.

Hi,
I am a teacher with diabetes,
I teach a class on my own and am extremely worried about the heat and how it affects me.
What advice do you have?
For reference I have emailed my concerns to head and duty asking for support in the classroom incase I become poorly bit have had no reply!

How does the heat affect you? How do you monitor your blood sugar? What treatment are you on? Are you worried about your blood sugar dropping too low, or going high?
