Type 2 Technical trouble with low carb programme

Does anyone else have problems logging on to the low carb programme website? I can't seem to even get to a sign in screen without it just freezing on me!! I've tried links from my emails, links from this forum and thinking it might be my iPad I even tried it through my husband's tablet. Nothing seems to work. I even clicked the help link at the bottom of my email newsletter for the same thing to happen!! I'm getting very frustrated with it now.
