    They do say that Ready Brek is the rubbish of the Porridge world lol.At least you know not to have that again. Keep low carb and things should improve x

    I even bought some stone ground porridge oats, but they will be going to the food bank, as I don't think I will bother even trying them - seem to be much better on eggs for breakfast.
