Well it was confirmed I definitely have whiplash again. The downside of that is that giving myself injections hurts more than usual with bending my head to see what I'm doing. So hoping I don't inject my finger by mistake. So far so good but need lots of heat from just doing that.

Maybe injecting in front of a mirror might help? Not trying to teach you to suck eggs though
