Terrible Novarapid pen..

Has anyone else found the Nova rapid pens faulty over the last couple of years? They dont seem to bad the last couple of months, but I had one do he following the other day. Ive complained to them, and my Gp, but maybe its me doing somethnig wrong, and not the shoddy build of them.

Its the dispoable pens im talking about - Where the plastic plunger stem meets the round disc, toward the end of its life, it seems to slip away, then when you dose the white stem pushes aginst the wrong part of the disc giving god knows how much or how little insulin....

Just me??

If your not happy with the FlexPen ask your gp to change your prescription, I use the NovoPen 4 with the Novorapid Penfil Cartridges, only the once have I had a problem with the NovoPen 4.

As above, ask for NovoPen 4. No issues with mine either

Benny, I've had that problem too.

I've had the same problem numerous times. Now I use the NovoPen Echo with the extra build in memory functions.
