Test readings

Hi can someone tell me if a reading of 6.7 is high low or normal after testing two hours after eating

Depends what it was before you ate and what you ate I'm afraid.
As a stand alone it's kind of ok although I aim for lower.

Ah I didn't take a reading hi havnt been told anything on how to go about readings etc
All the nurse told me was diet exercise and I need another blood test next week I saw her on Monday after they got my results

Aye, take a reading before your first bite then two hours after your first bite. The difference should be no more than 2mmol but less than that is better.
