Hello all, got my test results through this afternoon I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and start on insulin tomorrow on a lesser dose to start and adapt to start to control my BG levels. Just as a warning I may be posting on here qrite a lot as here I go on the learning process to managing my levels and makig life a little easier. The great news is I will begin to feel better one I start on insulin, I know this may be an up and down process but hey still got sense of humour.

Aww sorry Simon, I though you had already had a diagnosis! You seem quite up on your knowledge from what I've read so don't worry, the guys on here will have you in tip top form in no time :D
 
Hi thanx insanity, I was told I had diabetes but it was just waiting results of c-peptide test to confirm which type I had.

All the best getting use to it all Cobra. It sounds as though you are already pretty knowledgeable and thats a great start. :)
