Serum alanine aminotransferase level 20 iu/L [< 40.0]
Serum albumin level 40 g/L [35.0 - 50.0]
Serum alkaline phosphatase level 69 iu/L [30.0 - 130.0]

Chol,Trigs,HDL,CLDL For primary prevention - interpret in line with risk tables
Serum cholesterol level 4.2 mmol/L

Serum triglyceride levels 1.2 mmol/L [< 2.3]

First glance suggests that you are diabetic but liver function and cholesterol are fine.
