Hello! Thanks to everyone who has replied to my post and has offered me helpful advice. I am thinking it all through, about the low-carb diet. I think I'll try it gradually so as not to shock m body too much?!
I can't find where to get the test strips from? Janet

Do you have a meter yet? If so you'll need the strips for that particular meter, maybe buy them from the same place you got the meter. If you don't have a meter, you need to consider the ongoing price of the strips. You can get some meters free but then the strips are more expensive. I bought the SD Code Free starter kit from Amazon, but be aware it only includes ten strips. I get my test strips from Home Health, there are discount codes if you buy in bulk.

Another vote for tee2. Make sure to get direct from spirit healthcare tho - the meters are free there wheres sellers on amozon requir £££ similarly the strips are cheaper direct (£7.75) than they are via amazon sellers
