Thank you for showing an interest ) and thank you for your advice )@Darts_lad, You had a good fasting but it is likely that you sugars rose before you started eating. This is quite a normal morning thing for most people and more extreme with diabetics. It is sometime called the dawn effect when you liver gives you a sugar boost to start the day.
If you want to test the effect of your breakfast you need to test just before you eat then two hours after to get regular patterns.

I find the Tesco low sugar ketchup reasonably decent and I can get away with a spoonful.
