Testing 2 Hours After Meal

Some time when I test 2 hours after meal my BS is >10 but at 3 hours after meal it is <7.
As everyone is different and body processes food at different rates, need I be concerned.

It depends on what your pre meal reading was. Readings in the 10s is not great. If you could give us an idea of what you are eating, a day's menu then we could perhaps help you to avoid those higher readings.

Without knowing your pre meal levels it's a difficult question to answer. If I had to guess I would say that there were too many carbs in your meal
