Hi all
I was told that I should use my left hand when I am doing my blood tests, is there any reason why I can not use my right hand?

You can use both hands if you want. I do, but it is more convenient to lance a left hand if you are right handed.

No it was the Diabetes Specialist at my local clinic, I was wondering, because I was testing several times throughout the day as my reading went all over the place the other day (2 weeks between 4 and 6, then this week all over the place, same diet, same exercise etc, so I am seriously confused) anyway the blood was not coming out of my fingers as fast as normal so I was worried.
