Does anyone have any ideas about why Thai dishes eaten out that oughtn't to contain much carbohydrate in fact do? This happens over and over again. I'm not talking about noodle or rice dishes. Soups, and green/red or other curries of meat and non-starchy veg that ought to have a carb content of 5 to 10 grams a serving.
Anyone have an idea about what's going on?
It's not coconut milk - that's only 3g per 100ml.
I'm getting sick of this.
