I will be visiting Thailand in Jan next year and although i am very excited i am a little apprehensive about my control whilst out there. I count carbs pretty well here in the UK but i worry that if i have say Thai Sticky Rice i will be out of my depths in terms of how many carbs it has.
So does anyone have any tips for travelling in Thailand?
