Think its time to thank everyone on this forum.
My info is in my profile.
Diagnosed 5 months ago. Decided against all the random offers of meds.
Did and continue to do loads of reading online.
I LCHF. Hba1c down from 67 to 38.
Have lost 16kg with my goal to lose about another 5kg over the next 6 months. Slowly.
The folk here are invaluable. I feel truly great. Thank you in the biggest way.
