Just a quick note of appreciation for the content I've learned on here with regard to managing my type 2 and my diet, Along with reading a couple of books I've learnt loads. In the 8 weeks since diagnosis my hb...... Has gone from 118 to 77 with a hand written note from my diabetic nurse saying well done for a great first result and saying it will be a lot less in 3 months
