I take nothing for granted, particularly where hubby's willpower is concerned.
Currently trying to stick to a reasonably low carb diet without going too low, too fast - he definitely would give up on that. My real concern is that unless I tell him what he should/shouldn't eat he'll just blithely carry on shovelling in the carbs. Unfortunately I can't go on this trip with him to nudge him toward sensible eating (its only Scotland, but I know from previous trips that when he's stuck out in the test area in the fields the lunch they supply is usually pies!).
He is very good about testing though, and his snacks at the moment are restricted to Atkins bars which are sweet enough to satisfy his biscuit craving but still low in sugar and carbs. Just got to make sure nobody offers him Maryland cookies or all is lost lol.
