Thankyou Mr Cowell (Angel Delight)

I'm not a fan of the X Factor but 'by chance' my wife was watching something on ITV2 the other night. There was Simon Cowell eating Angel Delight (and he's not short of money!). It got me thinking about Sugar Free and low and behold they do it in Sugar Free but the Sugars a bit high still. I started looking in Morrisons and they have their own make and the Sugar was much lower. Anyone assessed these WHIP type desserts and found the best one for lowest Sugar and lowest BAD FATS etc. I am hoping Mr Cowell has found me something as a Dessert to enjoy if I can find the best version (Supermarket Brands etc).
Any advice.
I'm a Type 2 on Oral Medication.

Can you tell us the nutritional information of these products. Cal/Prot/Carbs/Fat/Fibre.

As far as I can make out they appear to be heavy in carbs ?
