I was also recommended using a exercise bike. I have one and fully intend to use it but need to lose 13kg first because i am over the weight limit. I do, however, have a Rosemary Conley dvd which i enjoy doing when i can find the time, which is not easy in my particular circumstances.</p></blockquote><p></p>
