I think generally the Diabetes.co.uk journalists don't have a clue. Today there was a post on 11 healthy snacks, the things you could do with an avocado. It was spelt wrong and the only suggestion regarding avocado was to have a bowl of it with vinegar. eyh please use your position to share important information instead of mindless, silly posts. No offence to the staff of the forum mind. They do a good job.
