Hi folks
Any hints and tips to avoid the dreaded metformin diarrhoea attacks?
I got them when I first started on Metformin, they calmed down with the slow release version and I only had one if I had missed a tablet. Recently I've had them completely out of the blue for no apparent reason. I've taken up jogging to improve my health and fitness and on two occasions have been "caught short", ending up in an embarrassing mess; even when I have "been" before I set out (TMI I know). Has anyone else found a way to cope with it?
