Everybody's allowed to fall off the wagon occasionally - just don't let it become a habit ;) As a one-off, I doubt that it will have much impact on your Hba1c .....

Whats important is that you realise and accept you made a mistake, tomorrow is another day, lets move on and not do it again.
Love the kid on your lap. I have a 1 and a half year old son too.

my a1c has been 7.6 for 7 to 30 days . so im ok . My Dr. has got my range as low 4.1 and the high 8.1 . If i fall between that im ok.
 
Tomorrow is another day
Not disastrous, because we have to put a lot of our attention to controlling what we eat it is easy to get annoyed with yourself when things don't go to plan.
