I was put on sigaliptin while also taking gliclazide due to massive spikes in my bg. I had checked my bg and had gone to do some shopping in the car. Got badly delayed and felt really unwell so pulled over to take some dextrose which I had in the car I had stopped on double yellow lines on a wide road so not causing any problems for other drivers then the fun began. A traffic warden came up to the car and told me to move or get a ticket I explained why I had stopped and said I would move in about 10mins when I felt fine to drive so the nice warden said I am going to give you a ticket anyway. I had a nice little argument with him to the effect that if he did I would complain and did complain and got the ticket rescinded and he got a reprimand for not having the sense to give me time to move I also got a written apology from him and the council so it shows how life
