Can anyone post a link to this documentary that people outside the UK can view. The BBC website doesn't allow viewing of this content if you're not in the UK.

Not sure if this will work outside the UK but its been posted to Youtube now

Worth a try anyway.

Thats handy its embedded the video in to the forum

Yes know cook & count. I just got to go back again and weigh the weights of my salads to be exact. Did it years ago to count my carbs just not ever had to do it to count the fat or protein...
A job for the weekend I think.

MFP has the same for totting up home msde items.. I've done it with my fishcakes and zucchini lasagne just not put the effort into it regarding olives, homemade dressing etc

Think I have got to kick my iwn backside and make an effort. If it was winter and raining I would find time.. But spring and sunshine I'm always in the garden....don't even make my own food. Hubby does it and leaves in fridge for me!!

This was on tv recently and I watched it. My problem is really never wanting to eat rather than fat as such. I love my food if I have Company to eat it. I just absolutely love the meditereanean salads but a plate is enough.

To be honest. Just had a thought on this... First hubby was a 26" waist when I first met him and because he had never ate more than a teaplate size meal he just couldn't eat more. To this day he is still as skinny as a rake. He got told it was because his stomach had shrunk... So as much as some people hsve their stomachs reduced... Perhaps my stomach just has learnt not to want more?

I can eat more avocado, dressing and olives etc but eating more meals or snacks is really the difficulty.
