The Weather is too hot

Hi to all

The weather is 2 hot @t the moment.
I am melting my blood sugar is ok at the moment so I am happy about that still going on bike rides when it's cooler I can get in my size 12 tops so I am really pleased but I wish the weather was cooler.
Then I can go on another bike ride.

Hope it's going to cool down soon.

I'm finding my blood sugars staying higher than normal. All day late 6s today and i have been brilliant with food today. Two Costa coffees though with Soya milk might be the cause. Not seen any 5s today. Maybe liver keeps dumping as I've had minimum today.
