Dear All,

I'm wondering if any of the Thickened Cream is actually suitable for T1's; as I am only having a light version of the product for my desert and my glucose reading was perfectly normal.

I’m just wondering if the above product is suitable for us T1’s :?:

Much appreciate any advice from all you folks

Best thing is to read the product information and see how much carbs there is ,if any, if low in carbs then it should not impact on your insulin.

ive been having thick jersey cream with fruit and the cream has literally no carbs i think theres about 10g in the whole pot :D

Dear Everyone,

I have carefully looked at the product and both the sugar and carbobydrate levels are less than 1gm per 20ml serving and 3.5gm per 100ml serving.

That's OK
I use Waitrose Extra Thick double cream quite a lot. It's wonderful in home-made soups
