i have been enjoying some no-sugar peanut butter on some oopsies - what else do people use as a spread/topping? I can't take nuts to work, so want an alternative!

I'm hoping others will comment.

So far all I've tried is cream cheese. It was good on a toasted 1 min flax bun. If you can split the oopsie bread or eat it open face with a fork and knife, a 1/2 avocado and a slice of bacon is good too. :)

In North America, it's referred to as flaxseed even though it's from the linseed plant. Confusing!

I get my flaxseed at the grocery store where they carry the specialty flours, but every store is different so you'll have to ask. It comes in two colors: brown and golden. Either are fine. I use brown because that's what our store sells.

Thanks for the recipe link! :)

Cream cheese, cottage cheese, cheese, pate, cold meats, chicken, bacon, sliced, cooked quality sausages, egg or egg mayonnaise, coronation chicken, avocado, butter, salsa chopped tomatoes....

The list would be endless for me

I realised I had some - not bad, more substantial than the oopsies and quicker.
