I was wondering if any one had any tips to combat the thirst and tiredness that comes along with diabetes my diabetes is under control via tablets but time to time I still get really thirsty and tired and I can't find nothing to help either I dunno if it's coz I've started a new job with longer shifts that's effecting me

Hi usually that would mean that your BS are running a bit high. Do you have a meter that you can use to test.
