Has anyone else downloaded this?
It's a lovely idea, the meals look good, and generally low carb. A huge amount of imagination and work has gone into this, save for one respect - the quanitities.
As an example: peperonata for lunch on day one, to serve two has:
16 peppers, 8 onions, 2 courgettes, 4 cloves of garlic and 1600g (4 tins) of tinned tomatoes.
Gulp! I couldn't have eaten (half) that much even in my ravenous student days.
What a shame.
Many of the other lovely recipes have similarly elephantine quantities.
Maybe the author felt that diabetics need to practice their maths skills by scaling quantities down.

Best wishes
Adam

Hi, I downloaded it too, made it, huge pan, fed the family and froze the rest. I realised it must be an error.

If you download the 365 recipes from this site the quantities for the peperanato have been corrected.

I have tried over 20 of the lunch/dinner recipes and reduce the quantities to the amounts I usually eat.
Since being diagnosed as prediabetic on 19th December last year I have lost 9lb and enjoyed these wonderful tasty recipes.

Keep trying the recipes. All the best
Izzy

For the week, maybe?

Just in case anyone has problems with the PDF, while it never successfully opened up I clicked on download and chose to open it up in Adobe whatever and it was there immediately and then I saved it. I do have a very old PC running Vista which might have been the problem. Along with AppleMobileDeviceService which had found it's way back to be opened automatically after an update. Should NOT have done the update really. Currently looking for some DECENT software to store and play my tunes. iTunes is really appalling, I think it was written by 5 year olds, features might be there but brings my aged machine to a halt all the time. If you look at Task Manager and then click on Performance and then Resource Monitor and then CPU, if you have any Apple devices, there's AppleMobileDeviceService chewing up memory, even though you're not doing anything with it.
