I got a DX in 2014 and rapidly changed my diet, low carb to varying degrees from vv low, lost a lot of weight. Each year since I have had my annual bloods and they have been fine. 3 years ago my GP classed in remission.
After testing before and after every meal I tracked everything I ate and the results. There came a time when I only test in the morning first thing unless I am feeling a bit light headed and dizzy. Thinking it's a check to see that things aren't getting out of hand. It has been fine. It shows a range which I find acceptable. When I got covid they rose a bit but nothing really for me to get concerned about.
This all is good and I have been pretty relaxed about my T2.
Recently there's been a change. My FBG have taken a dive, see figure attached of weekly averages. I have not really changed anything. My diet is remarkably constant.
11:00 Yog and coffee
13:00 Cheese olives fried eggs and sometime sourdough toast
19:00 Green salad with toms and feta, cabbage in butter microwaved, Monday Gammon, Tuesday meatballs, Wed Chicken Thursday Fish curry Friday Chick Sat steak Sun Lamb

I suspect tomorrow things will be back to normal.

Interested if anyone has any thoughts on this.
Thank you for reading.
