Well the slideshow gives carb and cal content for each meal.
most of the “bad” meals shown have carb counts of over 150-250 per meal, while the “good” meals have carb counts of 30-50g per meal so I cant see a problem for most diabetics. The carb count in the “good” may be on the low side for some people on insulin whereas it may be on the high side for some type 2’s but that having been said, the take home message is obviously “ high carb bad, lower carb better”
