Go for a 12 mile hike along the beach in the sun, then have a four day migraine (not sunstroke induced, very careful about that) and be completely unable to consume anything other than water or bovril for the whole time. Lost 6lbs! Who says low carb doesn't work. Just don't ask about my BG readings.

I don't recommend it though, headache gone but feeling extremely meh and not looking forward to having to be bright and breezy in a consultancy prospecting meeting this pm. Also suspect when I have my HbAc1 test on monday might be a little higher than I would like.

Easy as that eh! I've got a hike planned tomorrow, wonder if the same will happen to me ;)
