Hi Folks ..
Three monthly review today and I am pleased to let you know that my HbA1c was 34
Weight & BMI down : Cholesterol & trigs all good : Blood Pressure & Pulse stable
(see sig block below for details)

A huge thanks to everyone here for all the help, advice and support ..

Excellent results! I second what Robkww says to thank you for your constant support and encouragement that you give. You were the first to respond very quickly to my first "Shell shocked" post on the night I was diagnosed. I hope to follow you into the 30s with my HbA1c next month. Well done!
