Throat sweets

Hello, have a really bad sore throat at the moment. None of the throat sweets that offer anaesthetic action seem to be sugar free, am I being too cautious? When I was pregnant the brand Jakemans had sugar free varieties which were brilliant, I can't find them now, even on line. Strepsils sugar free can only be used 8 times a day. Help please.
 
If you have a throat infection try salt dissolved in warm water, gargle every few hours. Disgusting but it does help.
 
Robitusin is sugar free and effective. But you should probably visit your GP if it persists
