For me, TSH is included in my annual blood test for T1 along with hba1c, lipids and kidney function.
Your profile doesn't say what type of diabetes you have but from your other posts I take it you're T1?

Are you under hospital care or GP?
Why not simply ask if thyroid tests can be included in your next blood work, or ask if you can have an extra blood test if you think you have symptoms?
