Thyroxine supplementation and insulin

Does thyroxine inrease or decrease insulin levels? I think I am hyperthyroidic, for med reasons, but the insulin dose may play a role too. Thank you for any info. My search resulted in uber-medical language.

If you think you have hyperthyroidism go to your doctors they can do a simple blood test to find out - as far as I remember the only obvious thing I saw when I became hyperthyroid was an increased pulse rate (resting pulse rate 120 lol.) and difficulty getting to sleep rather than any insulin dosage changes - but there are a number of different symptoms that can occur.

Mine is now happily controlled by the meds they prescribed for me
