U Unbeliever Well-Known Member Messages 1,551 Aug 31, 2013 #2 I am 2 but my lips ingke when I am about to hypo. My chin also wobbles - or so I am told -I am unaware of it. I have heard of others having this sympton too . The nerves around the mouth are affected by low blood sugar I believe
