Going off the nutritional value I would say no
sweet 2.JPG sweet.JPG
Carbs 18.7g per 100g. That tin is 325g (drained)
Obviously there are other brands out there but this is just a guide.

You could try some and test. To see if you can. I can't but some can. Then you know what it does.

Good luck!

You do know that it is processed and it is not just sweet corn in the tin?

Eat to your meter.

Some sweetcorn is very sweet, some is very high fibre, so sweetcorn is very personal.

Like nosher says try it but test yourself before and then again 2 hrs after. If it spikes too much either reduce the amount you have or just don't have it again. Funnily enough I saw a picture of a salad today that had sweetcorn in it and I was wondering the same as you. i totally forgot to check it out.
Now I know.:D

Where I get a carry out salad puts sweet corn in. I have tried but spikes me quickly. And that is straight off the corn cob!

Thanks all yet again ..just going through my cupboards checking various items ...
