Tinnitus

I don't, but wondered if you heard the radio 4 series recently "The Senses"? Can't remember which episode but one mentioned tinnitus. Very interesting series.

No, not from time to time. All the time! Since I was about 15 years old (68 now). I have found no cure. The doctors have no clue.

If anyone has a cure please let me know.

My mother has it and I have it but only in one ear, I can only sleep on one my left side as if I sleep on right side I get pulse in my ear which apparently is diagnosed as tinnitus, I worked in a very high noise environment for over 35 years , not sure if that was reason or it’s hereditary, it use to bother me not any more guess I’m just use to it plus I no longer sleep on my right side simple really lol

The condition where you can hear your pulse is called Pulsatile Tinnitus. There can be some underlying health conditions for it - have you mentioned it to your doctor?

Yeah been to doctor and ENT specialist , had an ultrasound on my neck ( I guess it was to check for poor circulation )
End result was nothing we can do oh they did say I was a bit Mutt and Jeff, so they gave me hearing aids and I thought it made you blind lol
