Tips/Ideas to prevent a nibble [sugar/chocolate/carbs]

My treat of choice is ice cream choccy craving and ive switched from ice cream to angel delight light which is actually not too bad carb wise Mmm yummy :-D. m also going to go back to making my sugar-free hot chocolate using Stevia and cinnamon for sweetening, along with milk. at times i also use sweeteners which help maintain blood sugar
