Tiredness causes?

bigoted and selfish people, this Government, grey cold windy days
How many reasons are there for the tiredness that descends? High bloods certainly does it. Fasting then moderate exercise seems to do it too. Is this because the body is working to release energy?

high bloods are making me tired lately, no matter how many times I change pump sites, infusion sets etc, it's so depressing. Although getting low sugars aren't great either, I can usually get back to safe levels quicker than when I'm high. I hate it.
