For the first set of ingredients i would ask if you have mustard?
Cut chicken into cubes or strips, coat in mustard, maybe some chopped fresh corriander (there is a huge difference)
Fry the onion in butter (you can add garlic but not needed) then add the chicken. The mustard will go brown and tangy, no need for any other seasoning or salt! NOT A HOT DISH.
This is addictive.... and tasty.
