Hello. Are there any apps or websites I can use to calculate the calories and carbohydrate content of my food? Thank you:)

Hi Robert, I sometimes find myfitnesspal has missing carb data when it should be there, and conversely too much in other items. Do you find that as well?
Yes - I suspect some members (who submit the data) are only concerned with calories, so I always double check if adding a new food.

You need to check all nutrients on MFP member submitted foods. Members are from all over the world, and other countries do not have the same food labelling systems that we do in the UK. I also suspect many of them are pure guesswork. In as far as possible I check either the food nutrition label or the manufacturers website or the growers websites to find the correct carb/protein/calories/fat/fibre contents then add it as my own food.
