Guys I need some advice....
So I usually train around 3.5 -4 hours after my last Bolus in order to stop any lows during training.
Now I am off to Thailand and a friend has mentioned training first thing i.e before breakfast, I do get dawn phenomenon, how would you deal with this take 2/3 units for the DP and then go train? I don't wanna be yo-yoing through the session.
